Standard Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted for all unworn/unaltered items within 25 days of your delivery date for a refund to your original form of payment (U.S. orders only).
- Shipping and return costs are non-refundable
- Items must be returned in their individual bag
- All accessory items, including masks, are final sale and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged
- Items must be mailed in within 25 days of your delivery date

Please note that orders to APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, and PO Box locations follow our international return policy.
Promo and discount codes are one-time use only and if the items in an order where a discount or promo code was used are returned or canceled the code cannot be applied to a new order; the code is forfeited. Discount codes are applied to all items in the order and if part of an order is returned only the discounted price can be refunded.
Items purchased at an in-store location must be returned and/or exchanged at the store the items were purchased from, we cannot process in-store purchases online.Return Item Shipping Address
